Ban Appeal Instructions
 

1) Create a new Ban Appeal by clicking the "APPLY NOW" button located below.

2) Fill out the form and answer all questions to the best of your ability.

3) When you're done, click "Submit the topic" at the bottom!

Approved Ban Appeals will be notified within 48 hours of submission.

You may only create ONE ban appeal per ban.
